MSP Overseas Tire Recycling is located in USA. Our primary market is USA with plans to expand our primiary territory to USA's adjacent counties and cities. MSP Overseas Tire Recycling purchased the most advanced shredding technologies and equipment which will allow us to sell the cleanest mulch, crumb rubber, fiber, and steel in the market.
